Mersaal (mersaal.com) ek Urdu aur Hindustani adab ka digital platform hai. Hum literature ko samman ke saath pesh karte hain aur copyright ka poora khayal rakhte hain.

Mersaal Ka Content Policy

Mersaal par teen tarah ka content hota hai:

(a) Original Content:
Yeh woh content hai jo Mersaal ne khud banaya hai (jaise articles, introductions, compilation, design).

(b) Public Domain Content:
Yeh woh classical literature hai jiska copyright expire ho chuka hai (jaise Ghalib, Mir, Iqbal ki purani shayari). Yeh content 60+ saal purana hai aur Indian Copyright Act ke tahat public domain mein hai.

(c) Licensed / Permission-Based Content:
Yeh woh content hai jiske liye humein rights holder se permission mili hai, ya jo licensed hai.

Mersaal par har sher/poetry ke saath uska rights status clearly likha hota hai:

Verified: Content verified hai
Public Domain: Copyright expire ho chuka hai
Licensed: Licensed content
Permission Granted: Rights holder se permission mili hai
Unknown: Status check kiya ja raha hai
Pending Verification: Verification pending hai
Restricted: Copyright issue hai, publish nahi kiya ja sakta

Sirf Verified, Public Domain, Licensed, aur Permission Granted content hi daily features, search, aur archives mein dikhaya jata hai.

Complaint bhejne ke baad:

Hum 48-72 hours mein content ko review karenge
Agar complaint valid hai, toh content ko turant remove ya disable kar denge
Aapko confirmation email bhejenge
Content provider ko bhi notify karenge (agar applicable ho)

Counter-Notice

Agar aapko lagta hai ki aapka content galat tarike se remove hua hai, toh aap counter-notice bhej sakte hain. Ismein bhi wahi details honi chahiye.

Repeat Infringers Policy

Mersaal par baar-baar copyright violation karne wale users ke accounts terminate kar diye jayenge.

Fair Use

Mersaal kabhi-kabhi educational aur commentary purposes ke liye short excerpts use kar sakta hai, jo Fair Use ke tahat allowed hai (Indian Copyright Act, Section 52).

Users Ke Submit Kiye Gaye Content Ke Rights

(a) Jab aap Mersaal par sher submit karte hain, toh aap confirm karte hain ki:

(b) Aapke content ke rights aapke paas rehte hain. Par Mersaal ko ek non-exclusive, royalty-free license milta hai usse display, distribute, aur promote karne ke liye.

Public Domain Content

Public Domain content woh hai jiska copyright expire ho chuka hai. Bharat mein, literary works ka copyright author ki mrityu ke 60 saal baad expire hota hai.
