Nahin paraagu nahin madhur madhu, nahin vikaasu ihi kaal
Ali kali hi saun bindhyo, aage kaun havaal
Translation:
Hindi: अभी न सुगंध है, न मधुर रस और न फूल पूरी तरह खिला है;
फिर भी भँवरा कली पर मोहित है—अब आगे क्या कहा जाए?
English: There is neither fragrance nor sweet nectar, nor has the flower fully blossomed;
Yet the bee is already captivated by the bud what more could be said?
